As 2024 comes to a close, we take this moment to reflect on a year of challenges, milestones, and transformation, and to express our gratitude for your trust, collaboration, and support. This year marked a significant milestone for us as we celebrated our 10th anniversary—a feat made possible by your partnership and the incredible dedication of our team.

2024 was a challenging year for the global mobility industry and for us as a firm. From navigating economic uncertainties and the growing complexities of immigration and relocation to undergoing a reorganization across some of our offices, we faced tough but necessary changes. This included the difficult farewell to many valued and hardworking colleagues, whose contributions will not be forgotten.

Despite these challenges, 2024 was also a year of progress and investment in the future. In Belgium and Luxembourg, we welcomed a new Practice Leader, strengthening our local presence and expertise. Our German office continued to grow, laying down firm roots in the market. We were excited to welcome talented new colleagues who bring fresh energy and insights to better serve our clients.

This year also underscored our commitment to quality and trust. We earned ISO 9001 certification and the EuRA Global Quality Seal, demonstrating our dedication to delivering the highest standards of service. We are well on our way to achieving ISO 27001 certification to reinforce data security, and we have continued to invest in technology and process improvements to remain a trusted partner for finding, onboarding, and retaining international talent.

Looking to 2025, we are eager to build on the progress we’ve made this year. While the political climate in Western Europe remains challenging, the housing market continues to pose difficulties, and the business environment (in the Netherlands) is becoming increasingly complex, we firmly believe that talented internationals are key to sustainable growth.

In addition to strengthening our services and adapting to evolving client needs, we are working on opportunities for greater collaboration within the industry. We are exploring new ways to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and develop innovative solutions to tackle today’s talent challenges.
