As announced in our previous newsletter, Nihat Kurt and Pauline Son – representatives of Expat Management Group’s Immigration and Relocation departments, visited the charming city of Boston to participate in the Global Workforce Symposium of Worldwide ERC, held in October.

The Symposium provided us the opportunity of meeting many peers in our industry and attend inspiring workshops. We continued building on and strengthen our international Immigration and Relocation network.  This was also a great opportunity to exchange ideas and learn from each other’s practice in local markets.

During the sessions, we discussed trends within the industry, exchanged ideas on finding the right balance between a great employee experience and the use of technology. In today’s world of Global Mobility, companies will need to tackle challenges on – to name a few- (Immigration) Compliance, Posted Workers & Business Travelers and renew mobility policies for their ever-changing workforce.
