The list of countries considered safe has been updated. The following countries outside the EU are currently considered as safe in view of low Covid-19 cases:

Albania, Australia, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Rwanda, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA and China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Vatican City

Vaccination progress in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg

Luxembourg: As of June 23, 39.7% of the population is fully vaccinated

Belgium: As of June 23, 31,3 % of the population is fully vaccinated, 56,3% received their first dose.

Netherlands: As of June 23, 3.8 million people are fully vaccinated, 5 million received their first dose
