- The travel ban is extended until 4 March 2021? Flights from the following countries will be banned to reduce the spread of the new virus mutations: The UK, South Africa, Dominican Republic, Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Cape Verde, Chili, Columbia, Ecuardor, French-Guyana, Guyana, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela
- The Netherlands is ranked the seventh best country for remote working? This was the result of a study which took different factors such as Internet speed, the average cost of broardband, and the cost of renting a one-bed room apartment
- The Netherlands will relax some corona measures as of 3rd March 2021, such as opening contact professions (i.e. hairdressors), shops will open for appointments and team sports for everyone under 27 will be possible again. As of 1st March 2021, secondary schools will partially reopen. The curfew applicable from 9pm until 4h30 am will remain in place such as all other current restrictions (closure of bars, restraurants, museums, swimming pools, gyms etc.)
