To apply for the DAFT visa, you must have a U.S. passport, register your business (as a freelancer, entrepreneur or business owner) and make a minimum investment of €4,500 in the Netherlands.
Yes, your immediate family members (spouse, registered partner, and dependent children) can apply for residence permits to join you.
The initial DAFT visa is valid for two years. Afterwards, we can help you file the renewal application with the Dutch Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) before your current DAFT visa expires.
