Opera Days (Operadagen) Rotterdam is an international 10-day festival that offers more than 100 contemporary opera performances at various indoor and outdoor venues. The theme for this year is “Metamorphosis”

Central Park Music Festival
May 25th
Central Park open-air music festival draws together many amazing bands and crowds of music fans to the heart of the Netherlands. The big names headlining the festival include the likes of Kaiser Chiefs, DI-RECT, Racoon and BLØF on the main stage. Miss Montreal, De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig, Douwe Bob and many other great Dutch artists are also set to perform.

The Hague
Dutch Beer Week @ The Hague; Throughout the Netherlands
May 16th – May 19th and May 24th – May 26th

The Dutch Beer Week opens with the Dutch Beer Tasting Festival at the Grote Kerk in The Hague. There will be at least 250 types of beer to try out, including alcohol-free beer.

During the Dutch Brewery Days, May 24th – May 26th, hundreds of breweries all over the Netherlands will open their doors to the public! The breweries will offer brewing demonstrations, presentations and of course beer tasting.
