Free Online Art Lesson for Kids Aged 10+
May 6th – December 31st 2021
Between May and December, Studio Jocelyn is hosting weekly online art lessons for kids aged 10 and up! During weekly art lessons, the studio uses their unique Drawing Grid, which allows students to follow along easily. Every student will receive a copy of the Drawing Grid in the mail. This is used together with the Light Pad, which is available for purchase on their website. The studio lets you know what kind of art supplies will be used every month or so, giving you plenty of time to stock up.

The Royal Greenhouses of Laeken
May 13 – June 9, 2021
The royal greenhouses of Laeken will be open to the public this year from May 13 to June 6. That is one month later than usual.
The visit starts with a walk of about two kilometres through the gardens of the Royal Domain. Following that, visitors can explore the large greenhouses: the Embarcadère, the Congoserre, the Winter Garden and the Orangerie. The small greenhouses with their many flowers cannot be visited, as it is not possible for visitors to keep a distance there.
Open during the day and the evening, but our recommendation is to go at dusk for an especially magical experience.
Visitors must book a time slot online.
Fête de la Musique
June 17 – 21, 2021
Great popular demonstration honoring musicians and interpreters, amateurs or professionals who wish to participate
Over the course of 6 days, 25 different organizers will host concerts across the country.
Twenty-two stages will be built in Luxembourg City, but particularly in the residential areas of the capital, to bring the idea of the “Fête de la Musique” closer to the public.

Fireworks will be launched from the Adolphe bridge later that night.
On National Day, the day begins with an official ceremony, followed by a gun salute and a military parade in the district Kirchberg. The traditional Te Deum is held in the afternoon at the cathedral Notre-Dame.
