World Press Photo Festival @ Westergasfabriek and Nieuwe Kerk
12 – 13 April from 10am until 7pm daily
Westergasfabriek will host the World Press Photo Festival including guest speakers from the NY Times and National Geographic. The Nieuwe Kerk will host the 2019 edition of the World Press Photo Exhibition, which will feature the winning photographs from the various categories of the World Press Photo contest

Springsnow Amsterdam

Springsnow is the magical natural phenomenon that symbolises the start of Amsterdam’s spring with a flurry of white blossoms. You can follow the eight-km-long elm route, and catch the spring snow. The route starts at the elm arboretum, next to EYE
