At the end of an assignment, Expat Management Group assists with ending the lease and provides support during the check-out. This is a decisive moment to ensure that the deposit paid at the start of the lease will be returned, hopefully in full. We monitor the return of the deposit, arrange cancellation of utilities and internet, personal de-registration at the Town Hall and Immigration Authorities (IND), provide a checklist for all personal memberships, arrange mail forwarding to the new destination, etc.
