Prior to the founding of Expat Management Group, Dominique worked at, and eventually managed the Netherlands department of a major immigration law firm in Brussels, primarily focusing on corporate immigration law.

Dominique assists corporate clients in a wide range of sectors and sizes who need to (temporarily) move their foreign staff to their offices in the Netherlands or would like to attract new employees from outside the EU. Next to securing the actual immigration and work authorization paperwork, Dominique advises his clients on how to implement an efficient and standardized immigration policy. He thereby makes sure that his clients are fully compliant with national immigration regulations and prepares his clients for potential audits as well. In addition, Dominique is a client services manager for a number of multinational companies having their headquarters in the Netherlands.

Furthermore, being one of the very few consultants in the Netherlands, Dominique advises and successfully assists high net worth clients on Investor Visa options in the Netherlands and abroad. In addition, he regularly speaks at international mobility conferences and writes articles both in professional magazines and expatriate forums alike.

Dominique graduated at the University of Maastricht in European Studies and European Law School. In his spare time, Dominique enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and binge-watching. He considers himself a gin & tonic enthusiast and loves doing sports such as football and bowling (yes… bowling).

Dominique is fluent in Dutch, English, German and Limburg dialect.
