Pauline Son

In her role as Director Operations & Sales, Pauline oversees the Relocation department and works on the continuous business development of the Relocation solutions offered by Expat Management Group. This means strategic business growth planning, sales management, prospecting for new clients, implementing new services, and building and maintaining relationships with our different stakeholders.

Throughout her years as a professional in the industry, Pauline regularly visits international mobility conferences like EuRA and ERC. These keep her informed and updated on the latest trends and developments in the Global Mobility industry and allow her to meet with our international collaboration partners. She advises existing and potential clients about the best mobility solutions for their international employees and develops tailor-made relocation service programs and procedures that best meet our client’s needs: in the Netherlands and any other destination globally.

Pauline has a long professional background in relocation and feels privileged to have obtained personal experience in living and working abroad in Asia with her family.
